At AdTime Marketing, creating meaningful partnerships that connect brands with their communities is at the core of what we do—and this collaboration is a great example of that in action.

This partnership originally began in 2025, when we connected with Liberty Intermediate School on behalf of our client, Patriot Hyundai of Bradley, to establish a sponsorship. Through that initiative, our client secured naming rights for both the school’s gym and baseball field—laying the foundation for a strong, ongoing relationship that has continued to grow. Building on that partnership, we revisited the school ahead of this event to conduct a full walkthrough and collaborate closely with staff. Through consistent weekly communication, we ensured every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed.

Our team managed all key elements leading up to the event, including the creation, ordering, and assembly of custom goodie bags designed to engage attendees and leave a lasting impression. On-site, we handled the full table setup prior to guest arrival, ensuring a seamless and professional presence.

Throughout the evening, we connected with families, shared information about Patriot Hyundai of Bradley, and helped create a welcoming, engaging experience. The result was a great turnout, strong community engagement, and a successful night for both our client and the school.
