Building a School Sponsorship from the Ground Up
We recently facilitated a long-term community partnership between our client, Patriot Hyundai of Bradley, and Bourbonnais School District 53, centered around sponsorship, branding, and ongoing engagement within the school community. This partnership includes full naming rights to the school’s gym and field, primary sponsorship recognition, integration of our client’s logo into the gym floor, attendance at school events, and exclusive promotional opportunities for students, parents, and staff. It’s designed to create consistent visibility while building a genuine connection between the dealership and the families it serves.

We secured this opportunity from the ground up—identifying the school as a strong fit, conducting research, initiating outreach, leading introduction calls, and negotiating the full agreement on behalf of our client. The partnership originally began in 2025 with Liberty Intermediate School as a one-year deal and has since expanded into a two-year, $16,000 commitment, marked by a recent check presentation made directly to the school. Throughout the process, we stayed closely involved, completing a full walkthrough, coordinating with administrators, and managing weekly communication to ensure smooth execution and long-term success.
